Dual Klon Buffer
Pretty much the king of all things avoid-signal-loss-ness, the buffer stage of a very famous boutique overdrive pedal is hard to beat.
Why do I need a buffer? Ask Pete Cornish. But I'll give you a clue. Lots of pedals and lots of cable = lots of gumph for your signal to get through between your guitar and amp. Inevitably you're going to lose something as it strains its way through the wire, and what goes first is your sweet top-end. You've just paid £2k for that strat - splash out another few quid and see what it should really sound like.
What's better than one buffer? Why, two in one box of course. Whether you're running two separate chains and want a buffer at the start of each, or you want to top and tail your board with a buffer at each end, this has you covered.
Designed for a 1590B (36 x 90mm) enclosure with DC power only in horizontal format. If you go for the board-mounted DC socket be aware you may have a small gap between the socket and the enclosure. The hole needs to be big enough to get your DC plug into without risk of shorting on the metal. If you want it 'watertight' you'll need to wire up a DC socket.
Kit includes: PCB, all components, hook-up wire, jack sockets, DC socket, LED. Enclosure (pre-drilled) is optional. No knobs required.
