Supreme Being Fuzz

All hail Shiva - the destroyer and the transformer. That's exactly what you'll get with this god of a fuzz.

It'll do fat monster fuzz through to piercing and splattery. Flip the two diode clipping switches (or just one, or the other) and you have a whole new tonal range to explore. Twist the Starve knob and you're off and oscillating. Think Devi Ever territory.

The kit is supplied with vertical-mount pots which have round shafts, so you'll need set-screw fitting knobs.

If you want the PCB without parts there's a link for that at the bottom of the page.

Partial kit: PCB, all board-mounted components, pots.

Full kit: As above, plus footswitch and appropriate daughterboard/components for your selected bypass type (see Downloads section for details of those), jack sockets, DC socket, battery snap, hook-up wire, LED.

Enclosure (pre-drilled) is available as an option with full kits, and will not take a battery. Knobs are not included.

Builds are only available with full kits including enclosures. Please choose appropriate knobs.

Great, unique fuzz easy build. 5 product stars
"Great messy fuzz, doesn't play like any other. It has some absolutely crazy sounds, yet it's not a gated fuzz. With both switches down, bass velcro tone with splatter. First switch on much more treble, more splatter, slight octave fuzz sound. Double bends sound crazy. Bit like the prunes and custard overdrive pedal Both switches on, even more splattery. Second switch on, first off - crazy bass, weird sounds, makes a bass sound synthy, not for everyone. The starve control can get you some very experimental sounds , even octave downs if you fiddle about enough. You can make the starve make crazy noises, however it can also shape your tone without the squealing. It can exaggerated the scratchiness of playing and just make it filthy without ocillating out when you stop playing. The downside to this pedal is, not real level control for the fuzz, you can turn the texture down to reduce it in a weird way. The volume knob on you guitar works well. There s also some drop-off with the volume of sustained notes at some lower texture settings. I did mod the hell out of this pedal, I think the LEDS are still the best diodes. Putting a 1n capacitor in parallel with the first led make the lower texture settings work better with more volume consistence, it also enhances the tone with more harmonics I think. The vanilla pedal sounds better at high texture settings. Fully compatible with wah. Works great on bass. The original pedal is called the she fuzz now" Joe - 08 December 2023
